Burger mix
- olive oil
- 2 medium red onions, with finely chopped

- 500 g quality lean minced Chicken

Spicy mayo
- 2 teaspoons low-fat mayo, made with eggs
- 2 teaspoons non fat natural yoghourt
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 cayenne pepper
- Juice of ½ lemon
To serve
- 6 rashers higher-welfare smoke-dried streaked bacon
- 6 massive burger buns,
- 4 sliced tomatoes
- 6 sliced gherkins
- a few preserved chilies

You can prepare these burgers or sliders in an oven, on a hot pan or in the barbecue. If you are using the kitchen appliance (oven) or barbecue, heat up it currently.
Put a splash of olive oil into a frying pan on a low heat and add your cut onions. Fry for ten minutes or until the onions have softened, then put to one side for cool it completely. Blitz your bread during a kitchen appliance until you get a fine consistency. Put aside an oiled clean baking tray. Then place the cooled onions in a big bowl with remain of the burger ingredients. Use clean hands to scrunch the mixture along very well, and then divide into six equal balls for burgers and eighteen equal balls for sliders.
